I am using it on my windows XP PC and it works. Can't edit and delete or consolidate within Tansee as I would like to.

I am in the process of shifting to a Mac, I am able to runs Parallels and XP, have downloaded itunes into windows but neither itunes nor tansee can see the iphone.

How do I fix it up

Works great.
Need iTunes installed on computer.

Didn`t Connect to iPhone

I installed the software ok, and it seemed to start ok. It just kept saying "waiting on iPhone". I could never see the iPhone. iTunes could sync and it would complete. Tansee would run with iTunes running or not, but at now time could it ever see the iPhone. Maybe I did something wrong, but I could not figure it out. I checked the web, but no trouble shooting for not being about to connect to iPhone. Could someone let me know what I did wrong?
